Registration

When you register in any area of this website then you must provide us with accurate registration information. You must be 18+ years of age. You must keep any user name and password confidential, and we are entitled to assume that anyone using your name and password is you.

Ordering

To make a purchase online simply choose the items you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. If it’s your first time shopping with us you’ll need to provide some information about yourself, i.e. email, shipping address, billing address and a password for your account.

Once your account is set up you can complete the payment details and confirm your order. Once we have received your order we will then email a confirmation of your order and again once the order is despatched.

Changing Order

Once your order has been confirmed it cannot be changed via the website. However, if you need to make a change to your order feel free to email us on info@www.mcraes.co.nz and we will assist you as best we can.

Shipping Address

To ensure your order arrives safely, please provide us with a residential or business street address for delivery as our signature required courier service are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Colours

The colour of our products on your computer screen can vary depending on the monitor you are viewing them on. Due to this variance we cannot always guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate. However, we are happy to describe the colour if that helps! Feel free to email us on info@www.mcraes.co.nz with any questions you have.

Prices

All prices are in New Zealand Dollar (NZ$) and include GST. To the best of our knowledge the prices shown are correct at the time of viewing. However, we might change some of the prices from time to time for promotional reason and we reserve the right to do this.

Whilst we try and ensure all prices, descriptions and details are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered then we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

The total cost of your purchase will be shown in your local currency on your credit card statement at the conversion date.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment by credit card will be redirected to an encrypted DPS payment Express gateway where you will be asked to input your credit card details.

International Shipping

Local import duties and taxes may apply in some countries when you receive your goods and will be the responsibility of the recipient to pay this. As the recipient, you are liable for all levies charged by the destination country you are shipping to, payment of these levies may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Out of Stock

If you purchase on this website and receive an order confirmation then our computer system is confident that we have that item in stock. If in reality we cannot find the garment we will advise you as soon as possible and give you a full refund.

MCRAES is a trading name of McRae’s Marlborough Ltd, a New Zealand owned company, registered in New Zealand. The company address is registered as 7 Gee Street, Renwick, 7204. MCRAES physical store is located at 53 Market Street, Blenheim.
